The Endurance 72" 8 Burner Restaurant Range with 24" Manual Griddle as well as Convection and Standard Ovens is an ideal addition to a commercial kitchen. Heavy duty aluminized MIG welded steel frame for increased durability.

- Extra deep pull out crumb tray with welded corners
- 24" Manual griddle, 7/8" thick plate
- 35,000 BTU/hr. Baker's depth oven cavity to fit full size sheet pans
- 35,000 BTU/hr. Baker's depth convection oven cavity to fit full size sheet pans
- Oven thermostat adjusts from 250°F to 500°F
- Two oven racks and four rack positions
