Endurance 36" 6 Burner Restaurant Range w/ Bakery Depth Oven is an ideal addition to any commercial kitchen. It features a heavy duty aluminized MIG welded steel frame for increased durability. It comes equip with (2) oven racks that you can adjust on (4) rack position grooves. The stainless steel make of this range is easy to clean and has anti-corrosive properties. The heavy duty cast grates are easy "lift-off" with 12” x 12 1/2” measurements in the front and 12” x 14 1/2” in the rear. The 6 open top burners gives you the options of cooking a variety of items simultaneously and at different settings; each burner is 30,000 BTU with lift-off burner heads. This unit is run on natural gas with a shrouded flash tube pilot system.
