Vulcan 60SS-10B Specifications
The Endurance Series 60" Range has (10) burners and (2) standard ovens. It's a quality range built for continuous usage. The stainless steel make of this model is easy to clean and maintain. Each burner has a 30,000 BTU/hr with lift-off burner heads. you can cook a variety of foods; it's a versatile range with multiple user-friendly features. The oven thermostat controls temperatures from 250°F to 500°F. Both oven depths are 18" x 26" and come with (2) oven racks with (4) position groves. The 6" steel legs keeps this range sturdy during use. This range uses natural gas or propane.

- Ten open top burners, each burner is 30,000 BTU/hr. with lift-off burner heads
- Shrouded flash tube pilot system (one pilot per two burners)
- Heavy duty cast grates, easy lift-off 12” x 12 1/2” in front and 12” x 14 1/2” in the rear
- Extra deep pull out crumb tray with welded corners
- Left oven: 23,000 BTU/hr. baker’s depth oven cavity, full size sheet pans (18" x 26") fit front to back only
- Right oven: 35,000 BTU/hr. baker’s depth oven cavity, full size sheet pans (18" x 26") fit front to back and side to side
