The Vulcan 1VHG50A is a high-efficiency gas powered commercial deep fryer targeted towards high volume industrial kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias, and other foodservice establishments. It features a 50-pound capacity stainless steel fry tank, and comes with dual fryer baskets. The Vulcan 1VHG50A uses an analog control system and has a drain valve interlock switch to ensure safety by turning off the gas burners automatically when draining oil.
