It boasts a large 50-pound capacity stainless steel fry tank and comes equipped with twin baskets for efficient frying. Unlike its siblings the 1VHG50A and 1VHG50D, the 1VHG50C features advanced programmable computer controls with a digital display. This allows for more precise temperature control and programmable menus with extended cook times and product names for 18 different items.
