Does this make me a Crepier?
Pros: Heavy duty for sure. Uses 110V. Heats evenly for the most part. Be sure to condition it properly. We used coconut oil (youtube how). It took about 4 hours, and alot of smoke.
Cons: No ON/OFF switch, just a TEMP dial. Need to unplug it to shut it down.
Happy with the purchase overall. Gets hot, cooks evenly. Just need practice now ;-)
