This warmer drawer by industries is free standing and efficient to use. It features (1) drawer and an (8) timer electric control. The computerized controls adjusts water temperatures from 100 to 210° F (37 to 98° C) for accurate food temperature control, and air temperature from 100 to 210° F (37 to 98° C) for food texture.The load limit for this unit is 20lbs. per drawer and can maintain the warm temperature of a variety of food items.
CVap® Hold & Serve Drawers are designed for high quality holding and serving of a wide variety of menu items for extended times. They are ideal for holding, warming, and serving.
The drawer can accommodate 1 full steam table pans (4" deep), 2 half steam table pans, and 1 1/1 gastronorm pans. The patented CVap technology ensures that the water vapor temperature is the same as the food content being held in the unit. It's stainless steel construction can be cleaned easily and has anti-corrosive properties. This unit is insulated and is also UL listed for use.
