Winston HBB5D2 Specifications
The Hold and Serve Drawer by Industries has great potential for your restaurant or food based business. Its patented CVap feature makes the water vapor in the drawer match the temperature of the food. It controls moisture evaporation so food stays crisp and moist until ready to serve. You can fry chicken and serve it later, and still with that fresh fried consistency!
CVap® Hold & Serve Drawers are designed for high quality holding and serving of a wide variety of menu items for extended times. They are ideal for holding, warming, and serving.
The electronic differential control keys are user-friendly, and features food texture keys. With these settings you can control temperatures from 90 to 180° F (32 to 82° C). This Hold and Server warming drawer(s) holds 20lbs. per draw and can accommodate 2 full steam table pans (6" (152 mm) deep), 4 half steam table pans, 6 third steam table pans, or 2 1/1 gastronorm pans. It's constructed of high-grade stainless steel, and is UL compliant for industry standards.
