Winston HBB0N2 Specifications
For your busy restaurant, this freestanding Warming Drawer could be a great benefit. It's manufactured by Industries, and has the patented CVap feature. It makes the water vapor in the drawer the same temperature as the food items it's holding. In doing this, crispy or moist food is kept at its initial texture even after sitting for a while. You can fry crispy chicken, and with this warming draw, it will stay crispy until ready to serve. Each drawer can hold at least 20lbs. of food at a time. This warmer can accommodate 2 full steam table pans (6" deep), 4 half steam table pans, 6 third steam table pans, or 2 1/1 gastronorm pans.This warmer is made of stainless steel, and is UL listed for use.
