The Collectramatic Open Fryer is a great unit to own. This fryer has multiple features and can achieve great results. Your back of house operations could run even smoother with this fryer; it performs 20-30 cook cycles without filtration. You can fry meats, and a number of other specialty dishes in minutes! The fryers curve can also be adjusted to accommodate up to 18lbs of food.

The controls are user friendly; the microprocessor control does not require calibration, and in the 8 cooking channels, the 6 temperatures and time settings can be programmed per cooking cycle. The stainless steel cylindrical cooking pot consist of less than 3 moving parts and is built to last for years. This fryer is also in compliance with manufacturer standards, and is UL, C-UL, listed.
