Eric DauceLe French Quarter Cafe
After nearly three decades of working in Atlanta's best bakeries, French pastry chef and baker Eric Dauce has brought the quintessential Parisian cafe experience to Downtown Atlanta, complete with French accents in the air. A native of France, Eric was inspired by traditional French cooking techniques and appetizing dishes. While working in bakeries for others, Eric was moved to open a place of his own, and in 2012, he opened Le French Quarter Café.
Eric found a location on Forsyth Ave. in the Downtown Atlanta area. This bustling area is filled with corporate offices, retail shops and college campuses. He found that this location was ideal for the style of food that The French Quarter Café offers. His customers can grab fresh-baked breakfast sandwiches during the morning rush or come in, sit and enjoy a sandwich on a freshly-baked roll followed by a decadent pastry.
In order to fully equip his restaurant, Eric turned to ACityDiscount. He purchased items necessary to operate a full-scale food service operation including a commercial ice machine, refrigerated prep table, 1 and 2 door reach-in coolers/freezers, stainless steel sinks and worktables, smallwares and kitchen tools needed for proper food handling.
Le French Quarter Café gives Eric the opportunity to serve his own interpretation of France cuisine. Le French Quarter Café also provides outstanding service and delicious food that Atlanta natives will be sure to love.
Menu items include: Fresh pastries, baguettes, croissants, soups and sandwiches.
