Masala Fresh - Customer Highlight

Pratik Jani, owner of Masala Fresh, took a moment to tell us about his food truck and why he shops at ACityDiscount. To better equip his food truck, Pratik purchased various pieces of commercial kitchen equipment and smallwares from ACityDiscount. About Masala Fresh Street Food Truck

After working in the food service industry for many years, Pratik gained a tremendous amount of knowledge essential to operating a food service establishment. Once properly trained, Pratik decided to open Masala Fresh Indian Street Food Truck.

He first purchased the truck and spent a great deal of time and energy in refurbishing and reconfiguring the truck into the mobile eatery that it is today.

His menu features a blend of well-known Indian favorites prepared in a Masala sauce. Masala is in all traditional Indian food. It is a combination of dozens of different spices that are toasted and blended to reach different flavors and spice levels.

Pratik is dedicated to using sustainable operating practices to help minimize their foot print. He strives to utilize local farms to source the freshest ingredients.

Menu items include:

• Chicken Tikka Masala- a dish of roasted chicken in a creamy tomato masala sauce
  
• Chole- a vegan option where the main ingredient is chickpeas
  
• Masala Fries- served with either spicy or super spicy tomato sauce

Masala Fresh Indian Street Food Truck is officially open! You can catch them at most food truck gatherings and local festivals. They will also offer catering for corporate and private events.
