Mojitos Cuban-American Bistro is nestled in the heart of Downtown Historic Norcross.  For over a century, Downtown Historic Norcross has been the social hub of the Norcross community. It is a place with unique retail shops and assorted offerings of cuisine and entertainment.

Mojitos Cuban-American Bistro was founded by Luis Fernandez and his wife Yanin in 2008 after relocating to the Atlanta area from South Florida.  Musicians by trade with a passion for food, they were inspired to open a family-owned and operated restaurant that would offer authentic Cuban food and showcase their love of Latin music.  On Friday and Saturday nights, you can catch Yanin and Luis performing live music to a packed room of Mojitos patrons.

Luis’ mother-in-law is in the kitchen cooking up the traditional Cuban staples as well as the neo-Cuban-American fusion cuisine like the Guava-BBQ Baby Back Ribs, or the "Guantanamera" salad with caramelized pecans and goat cheese over baby spinach and mixed field greens with home-made champagne-guava vinaigrette.  Other Cuban staples on the menu include Vaca Frita- pulled flank steak, Ropa Vieja- brisket-style steak and of course the Cuban sandwich.
