Customers that frequent our Norcross, GA showroom may have noticed some new faces donning the signature ACityDiscount peaches. The ACityDiscount team has been growing. To help customers learn a little bit more about the people who serve them we have decided to introduce some of our newest employees.
Tim Booth – Customer Service Department
Tim Booth is the most recent addition to our Customer Service department, and is one of the friendly voices you will hear if you reach out with a customer service issue.
Tim was born and raised in the beachfront community of Wildwood, NJ. A career veteran of the restaurant industry, Tim’s travels eventually brought him to Atlanta. His experience in every facet of the restaurant industry, from dishwasher to restaurant owner, makes him the ideal person to help you sort through any issues that may arise with your order.
Tim has been married to his wife for 16 years, and has two boys named Tristan and Jackson. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and playing ice hockey.

Shonta Bronson – Accounting Department
Shonta Bronson recently started in our Accounting Department. Though Shonta has never worked in the foodservice industry prior to working with ACityDiscount, but has taken an interest after beginning working with us.
An expert in accounts payable and receivable, she has been a tremendous asset in helping our company grow smoothly. Born in Houston and raised in California, Shonta eventually made her way to the Atlanta area and began with ACityDiscount.
Shonta is a bachelorette, and though while she doesn’t have children of her own, she takes pride in being the “cool aunt”. She has two brothers, one nephew, and four nieces. In her spare time she likes to read, paint, and “of course”, shop.
Favorite Part of Working at ACityDiscount: “I enjoy the friendly management team and interacting with my coworkers.”
Ben Pierce – Sales Department
Ben Pierce is the most recent addition to the ACityDiscount inside sales team. . More than just a voice on the phone, Ben is an industry veteran that has cooked around the country.
Born in Stockbridge, GA, Ben has cooked a wide range of establishments, including Seattle’s famed Sweet Iron and Atlanta’s legendary Vortex Bar & Grill. Ben is also the owner of Ben’s Brown Bag; a sandwich shop once located in Midtown that occasionally still pops up in Atlanta from time to time at various locations.
Ben lives with his “cool” wife (his words), and his two children Julius and Rose Marie (who are also cool). When he isn’t playing Pokemon with his children, Ben enjoys studying space, ancient history, and spending time in his vegetable garden.
Favorite Part of Working at ACityDiscount: “The constant chatter of the sales team, and hearing Larry & Robert’s voices every day. Those folks are good people!”
