Is a solid door or glass door cooler better for commercial coolers?

Glass door coolers, often used in the FoH to display contents to customers, also help employees complete inventory checks more efficiently by being able to quickly locate items. Solid door coolers, commonly used in the BoH to refrigerate opened items, maintain a more consistent temperature than glass door coolers.
